Cancelling before work starts
You can cancel any fixed-fee service before work starts and get a full refund. Work starts on the date we confirm in writing after we receive your order.
Late delivery
If we deliver more than 7 days after the delivery date in your engagement letter, you can ask for a full refund.
Cancelling after work has started
You can cancel at any time by email. We stop work and refund the part of the fee for work not yet done, based on the stages in your engagement letter. Work already delivered is not refunded.
If the delivered work does not match the written scope, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct it free of charge, and if we cannot, we refund the fee for that part.
Terms for each service
- Sourcing shortlist: the preview is free. If fewer than 3 units qualify, we refund the fee in full.
- Sample coordination: if the shipment is cancelled before we book the courier, we refund our fee. Courier charges already paid to the courier cannot be refunded.
- Readiness packs, export market report and export marketing kit: the terms above apply.
- Commissions: a commission is earned on the bill-of-lading date (scrap) or when your buyer pays you (exports). Commission already earned is never refunded.
Services not yet on sale
Trade Note Pro, monthly export marketing services, introduction fees and paid membership are not on sale. Their cancellation and refund terms will be published on this page before they open.
Payments made in error
If you pay twice, or pay more than the invoice, we refund the extra amount in full.
How refunds are paid
Ask by email to industradepartners.in@gmail.com, quoting your invoice number. We start the refund within 7 working days, back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days. If GST was charged on the fee, we refund it too and issue a credit note.
