What we may hold
We keep only business details that companies publish for business enquiries, or that you gave us: company name, website, the person's role, a work email and a business phone number, plus a note of our messages. Our sources are companies' own websites, their own pages on public business marketplaces, trade-association and chamber member directories, trade-fair catalogues, and official company and permit registers. Our first message to you says where we found your details.
How to ask
- Reply "no" or "remove" to any message from us.
- Email industradepartners.in@gmail.com with the subject "Remove my details".

- Or tell us by phone or WhatsApp on +91 96393 53061.
What happens next
- Within 2 working days we stop contacting you, for ourselves and for any client.
- Within 30 days we delete your details from our records and from our form provider, Netlify.
- We keep only a short do-not-contact note (your email address or web domain), so that you are never contacted again. We never sell or pass on this note.
- We confirm by email when it is done.
Other requests
You can also ask what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, stop only the Trade Note, or withdraw your consent to introductions. We may ask you to confirm the request from the email address concerned. Read our full privacy policy.
