What we deliver
Industrade Partners provides trade consultancy, export-marketing and agent services. We do not sell, ship or hold goods. Buyers and sellers ship goods to each other under their own contracts, and buyers pay sellers directly.
How delivery works
- Reports, packs, checklists and shortlists are sent by email as PDF, spreadsheet or document files, or as a shared-folder link, to the email address in your agreement.
- Marketing kit files are sent the same way. Social media accounts are opened in your business's name, and you hold the login.
- Calls and meetings are held by phone or video call.
- Nothing is posted to you, so there are no shipping charges for our services.
- Sample coordination is the one physical item: the manufacturer hands the samples to a courier, we book and track the shipment, and we send you the tracking number. The courier charge is billed at cost.

The delivery date written in your engagement letter is the one that counts. If we deliver more than 7 days after it, you can ask for a full refund under our cancellation and refunds policy.
Revisions
Fixed-fee work includes one round of revisions. Send your comments within 7 days of delivery, and we return the revised version within 5 working days.
