Choose the market with trade evidence
Compare import demand, Indian supply, tariffs, buyer concentration, regulations, freight and payment risk. A large market is not automatically a practical first market.
Look for companies with buyer intent
Shipment records, trade fairs, distributor associations, public company directories and tender activity are stronger signals than a generic email database. Verify the company on its own website before enrichment.
Personalise around a real buying reason
Contact the relevant buyer or procurement role with one specific product, credible specification, sample option and named delivery basis. Track objections and improve the offer instead of increasing spam volume.
